Welcome to LifeSnap. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LifeSnap website, platform, applications, features, and services.

By accessing or using LifeSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use LifeSnap.

1. About LifeSnap

LifeSnap is a social networking platform that allows users to connect with others, create profiles, share content, communicate, and interact with a global community.

LifeSnap provides features that may include user profiles, posts, photos, videos, comments, reactions, messaging, notifications, groups, pages, and other social features.

We may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

• Not create an account for someone else without authorization.

• Notify LifeSnap if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless the activity resulted from unauthorized access that was not caused by your failure to protect your account.

4. Your Content

LifeSnap allows you to create, upload, post, share, and communicate content, including text, photographs, videos, audio, comments, messages, and other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on LifeSnap.

However, when you upload or publish content on LifeSnap, you grant LifeSnap a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, distribute, and technically process that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, improve, and promote the LifeSnap services.

This license does not mean that LifeSnap owns your content.

You can control the visibility of certain content through available privacy and audience settings.

5. Content You Share

You are responsible for the content you post or share.

You agree not to upload, publish, transmit, or distribute content that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations.

• Infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.

LifeSnap may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable policies.

6. Respecting Other People

LifeSnap is intended to be a place where people can connect and communicate.

You agree not to:

• Harass or threaten other users.

• Bully or repeatedly target individuals.

• Encourage others to harm themselves or others.

• Deliberately deceive or manipulate users for unlawful purposes.

• Use LifeSnap to stalk or intimidate another person.

• Publish another person's private information without authorization.

We encourage users to treat other members of the LifeSnap community with respect.

7. Intellectual Property

The LifeSnap name, logo, branding, website design, software, interface, graphics, and other LifeSnap-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not:

• Modify or create derivative works from LifeSnap's software.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code where prohibited by law.

• Use LifeSnap branding without authorization.

Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content available on LifeSnap infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, you may contact us with sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing material and the basis of your complaint.

LifeSnap may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content where appropriate.

9. Messaging and Communications

LifeSnap may provide private messaging and other communication features.

You are responsible for the messages and communications you send.

You may not use LifeSnap messaging features to:

• Send spam.

• Conduct scams or fraudulent activities.

• Send malicious files or links.

• Harass or threaten other users.

• Distribute illegal content.

• Violate another person's privacy.

LifeSnap may take action against accounts that misuse communication features.

10. Privacy

Your use of LifeSnap is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You must not attempt to:

LifeSnap does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

You use LifeSnap at your own discretion and risk.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifeSnap and its operators, affiliates, employees, and service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use LifeSnap.
